Click & Collect
Some products are available for pick-up from out showroom either fully assembled or as a flat pack DIY assembly option, however there are some exceptions.
What furniture items are not available for Click & Collect?
- Bulky goods
- Boardroom & meeting tables
- Reception desks
- Large storage cabinets & wall units
- Some filing cabinets
- Executive desks
- Large inventory orders
How does Click & Collect work?
After choosing your products online and adding them to your shopping cart, you can select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout if your item is available for Click & Collect.
Make sure you bring your collection notification, Invoice or photo ID to collect your order.
When will my order be ready?
You will receive a collection notification via phone call or email – normally within *4 hours of placing an order to notify you that your order is ready.
If your order is urgent, Please call 1300 767 363 to organise a specialised collection time.

Is Click & Collect a FREE service?
Yes – Click & Collect is a free service.
How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 days after you receive your collection notification.
If you do not collect your order within 7 days Rose Office Furniture reserves the right to cancel item/s and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.
Should a failure of collection occur to any item listed as a Sale Item, Rose Office Furniture may deduct a Holding Fee of 3% of the total order not collected.
Where do I pick up my Click & Collect order?
Pick up your Click & Collect order from our Showroom at 211 Ingles St, Port Melbourne.
What time can I collect my order from store?
Please wait for your confirmation email or SMS prior to visiting the store – normally sent within 4 hours of placing your order during business hours.
